I don't mean to come off harch. My goodness, In my short time being a member, I have had packages lost by post office (still lost since 1/14/13 had to return shipping fee and credits) sent shipping fee for something I never got twice, had auctions completed and winner never sent shipping fee 3 times. I'm just learning the ropes the hard way. I welcome all bidders and appreciate all who bid on my items. I'm trying to save enough credits to get a new computer here. I'm on a fixed income and my computer (only one I ever had) is over 11 years old to were the letters are worn off the keys.

I would say yes to that. This has a remote control that you use when correcting a bad habit up to 400 feet. If your dog is getting out of the fence or running towards the street you have to manually push the button. You would start with a vibration correction before using the shock feature. You should ALWAYS praise your dog after a punishment. The manual gives instructions of how to use it.
