The listing, Porcupine Quills, option to make into beads has ended.

Just got a stash of porcupine quills, and I can't possibly use all of them. Seeing if they will sell here.
They were collected without harming the porcupine.
It will be roughly 10-12 quills, in good condition, I will not intentionally send bent or cracked ones. I can make them into beads if you specify what needle you will be using (crafting needle vs sewing needle) 1"-2" quills, they get smaller as they are made into beads.

Questions & Comments

I would love to see what you make with them. On Martha Stewarts show they made placemats with them. They were beautiful.

My friend and I make handmade stuff out of recycled material and sell them on etsy (though the site is in progress) I use them as embellishments on my handmade mittens, she uses it for additions to her earrings.

we used to take these out of our dog when we were young and make little hairbrushes :)

I could use these. I make bracelets, earrings and chokers out of them. Have a lot now but can always use more. :-)
