I used to promote baseball card shows and Kiner was one of the guests I hosted. As a result I have many extra items signed by him so I figured I would list another one. He was a pleasure and had wonderful stories. A real gentleman.

one of the most underrated hitters in my opinion. Kiner led the league in homeruns each of the first 7 seasons of his career. Would have been one of the top homerun hitters if his career was longer but 369 in just 10 seasons is a monster average!!

I agree. I am a huge Pirate fan and always wanted to bring him to a show. He told me so many great stories over the two days, I could write a book. I had the good fortune to have him and Lou Boudreau at the same show and the two of them went back and forth with stories. Ralph also told many stories of his Hollywood times and who he dated. wink wink nod nod.....
