This is for a 1985-1988 M.U.S.C.L.E. #168 Mr. VTR
(flesh/pink color)

M.U.S.C.L.E., (Millions of Unusual Small Creatures Lurking Everywhere), was a toyline of 2-inch tall monochromatic PVC gum wrestling figures produced in the United States from 1985 to 1988 By Mattel.

This one usually sells for a couple bucks more than the average, or common, that was available in the M.U.S.C.L.E. 4 & 10 Packs because the tube connecting the the shoulder to the head is usually found broken off. It's usually an important piece for the collector that's trying to build a set and keeps finding broken ones.

This will be shipped in a bubble mailer.

Questions & Comments

I had around 80 to 100 of these and 2 rings. I bought these when I was small for around $0.20 per pack of 6 to 10. The store GEMCO was going out out business and I picked them up on the last days of of business.

I used to get them at the Safeway across from where I lived. They had a huge bin full of the 4 packs. They only had flesh color at that time.

When I first saw this post it brought back memories. I told my son about it on day going to Flee Market in San Jose CA. I ended up buying a bag full of these (around 50 of them) for only $1.00. The person did not know what they had. THANKS FOR THE MEMORIES.

When I was a kid collecting these, it was back when I lived in San Jose. And they had the BEST Flea Market. I haven't been back there in years, but I hear that it is still the best.
