I hate to have ‘rules’ but having guidelines does help in the bidding, buying and selling of items!

**I WILL NOT end my auctions early
**All wins are as-is. I do not cover Winners/Buyer’s Remorse!
**I will contact the winner asking for name and mailing address and the winner has 7 days to reply with their Listia verified shipping information or I may re-list the item, and you may forfeit your credits.
**All of my items come from a smoke-free home.
** If you win more than one auction please let me know so I can combine shipping, or put them in the same envelope if is free shipping.
**I have been burned before - if you claim the item broke in the mail please be ready to send me a picture of the broken item.
**Please don’t ask where your item is 8 days after the auction ended. I have 7 days to send your item out. Sometimes I get them right out and sometimes I need the 7 days because the Post Office is far from my home.

Please let me know you are unhappy before leaving negative feedback-I will try to make it right!
If I do not receive a mailing address from the buyer within 7 days after auction ends, I will keep your credits and re-list item.

Please do not ask for free shipping on items that state otherwise, as we live on a fixed income, and some items will ask for a shipping fee.

I do not refund any credits for buyers remorse, so please know what you are bidding on. If you have any questions- please ask before you bid.
