This is a lot of 2 vintage Washington Senators baseball cards.
1957 Topps #386 LYLE LUTTRELL rookie card
1970 Topps GEORGE BRUNET
The Washington Senators of 1957 and the Senators of 1970 were two different teams. The Senators were in Washington from 1901-1960 before becoming the Minnesota Twins. A new Senators squad was awarded to Washington as an expansion team just one year later ... who, of course, played in Washington through 1971 before becoming the Texas Rangers. It was rumored that the Padres would leave San Diego after 1973, but the move never happened and Washington went without a team for 35 years before bringing in the Expos (Nationals) in 2005.
The 1957 Lyle Luttrell card is his rookie card. The card is creased, as I am sure you can see in the picture. The Brunet card is in much better shape than the Luttrell, but does have a small crease of about 1/2 inch on the left side. You can see that in the first picture.
