Here is a Sara St. James make-up set that comes with a eye shadow compact, Eye liner, lip liner, and a honey shade of concealor. This is all new I do believe. I know that my daughter did take one of the brushes from the eye shadow and rubbed it around in the colors but other than that it has not been used on a human person's face.
This set retails for $45 new.
