actually guys sorry to burst all ur bubbles but i sell body jewelry for a living www.facebook.com/bodyjewelryindustrialpiercings and this is none of the above, it IS a 16g eyebrow ring only not nearly long enough for a tongue or gauged far enough width or lengthwise for a belly which is standard 14g

Actually you can use some eyebrow rings as tongue ones. It depends on how long it is. All piercing jewelry can come in different lengths and shapes. It does look like a belly button ring but it could be used as something else.
