These are instructions on how to make glow in the dark bubble bath for your little one. Free of charge. Its very simple first off you will need bubble bath & NON TOXIC glow sticks.

Cut the glow sticks & pour in the bubble bath. Shake well & walla'! Glowing bubble bath.

WARNING: CHILDREN SHOULD NOT SWALLOW.!!!! GLOW STICKS MUST BE NON TOXIC.!!!

I did this and the glow stick have plastic kinda glass in it.. they will cut the child. safe bet is to not cut the glow stick.
