comes in a comes in an open end cloth slip case
has AC/DC plug in to use to watch it and charge it

oh yuh I forgot to mention it also comes with 2 additional plastic inserts that fit in the draw on the right one is for iPod touch and the other is for iPod nano

and also you can view a CD with JPEG still photos on this and there is an outlet for SD/MMC by inserting the card in the slot all this is explained in the manual that will come with it

and an instruction manual is included with all the specifications no ear buds but there is a hole for them as well to attach to speakers and can be attached to TV,computer,and other devices however these cable are not included
