This is for a lot of 2 UTSTARCOM CDM 7028 cell phones. I have the owners manuals for both phones, but only 1 charger. Features of the phone includes:

I can't find any information online regarding these phones. Are they maybe 7026 or 7025 actually? Are they CDMA or GSM?

Not a problem. I have two people I'm wanting to set up cell service for. This auction would be perfect to let me do that. They won't get camera phones, but since they're not paying for it, they get what they get. LOL.

Depends on where they are being shipped to. I usually ship the next day I receive payment for shipping. Same day if it is early enough.
