This is a tire plug kit for car, truck, atv, tractor, or lawnmower tires. Kit contains rasp tool, insertion tool, 5 plugs and rubber cement.

In an emergency, if you get a flat tire and it is in the tread, simply clean the hole, put some cement on one of the plugs, stick it in the hole, pull out the tool and cut off the excess plug.
