The top edge and bottom edge of the book were stamped by the used bookstore. The book is in fair condition. The pages are not brittle and are easy to move and read, but have aged a bit with time. There is some slight water damage at the outer edge of the pages towards the end of the book. The front cover is "chewed" slightly towards the spine but otherwise fine. The back cover is fine.
