Most of the cards bear reproductions of United States stamps with the design altered by removal of denomination and country name.The cards are not perforated and measure 8-1/2 X 11.
This card was issued at INTERPEX March 13-15, 1971 in New York City.
The card shows the design of the 4c Project Mercury stamp from 1962, Scott 1193, in a block of four format.
