I understand the problem with affording shipping because I am in a similar situation. I too have wanted to include "materials fee" for padded envelopes , gas to PO & possible PayPal fees just so it doesn't end up costing me to sell & ship. However, I have been under the understanding that this is not allowed when "Exact Shipping" is listed as posted in the shipping rules. If it is, I would like to take advantage of that too so I would appreciate it if anyone can clarify that for me. Thanks

through paypal i click on print a shipping label which is next to your name and it goes through usps to make a shipping label.

I am on disability as well so I understand. I think it is good that you are up front about it and if it is terms that aren't acceptable to some.... No problem, just don't bid. Would these work for my beading? May I ask why you no longer want them?

They should, I have been having a lot of problems with my eyes due to diabetes, i was not taking my meds for about six months just started back up but due to this my eyes have been messed up and these made me so dizzy i just could not wear them.
