Philco 37-360 Radio, multi-band radio. I have plugged it in and it lights up, seems like it wants to work, but needs someone who knows what they're looking at. Comes with a box of tubes.

My guess is that the shipping for this will be very expensive. However, I too would be interested in how much. It appears to be very large, but the description fdoesn't quite give enough details.
