The listing, Garden Seeds: Purple Globe Amaranth has ended.

Up for bid are 20 seeds of purple globe amaranth (from the plant pictured). All of my plants are organically grown with absolutely no pesticides used. If you are looking for a great performer with bright green foliage and deep purple color than this is it!!! These are easy to grow from seed!

Have you tried harvesting it as a grain source? How much does it produce? How tedious / time consuming is it?

A whole bunch but I have not harvested for grain. I have a Burgundy grain amaranth for that...the birds get these :)
