Description

The listing, Civil War Bullet In Container (Union/North) has ended.

You are bidding on a dropped Union Civil War bullet, in great condition. This is a dropped Union bullet (Union or North was noted by the three rings), the South only had two rings. We know this is a dropped one as fired ones would be in all kinds of shapes. Manassas had 2 battles known as first and second battles of Bull Run. I purchased this from a shop that deals only in Civil War items, hence you can be sure that your getting the real item. Plus the Civil War battles of Manassas First and Second Bull Run are well documented in history books. The Civil War was from 1861 to 1865. This a great piece of history. Any questions please email me.

I have seen COA's on some items at the store. However, they do not issue one on bullets. But, this shop only deals in Civil War items an has been in business for over 50 years in what is called old town Manassas. If I can be of any further help email me again..

Are you asking about the Manassas or Gettsburg or both?

Nice bullet. it appears to be a 58 cal. if so that means it is most likely northern. you should be aware that the south did have some 3 ring bullets as well. this bullet you have is the most common of northern bullets. that said i will still most likely bid if it continues to sit.

Your correct the shop owner did mention that. However, as they only deal in Civil War items I assume he knows what he is talking about. He has other items I may get for listing. Some are rather expensive, he had some cannonballs of different sizes, but the bullets seem to be a good place to start. Thanks for the email and information, history items are always important. Have agood eening.
