I made this TUTU a month ago. I'm putting my name out there. I'm beginning to make tutus with bows. My creators name is "Pinkys Tutus" . This tutu is made of tulle and leopard stretchy fabric. I like to do different things with my tutus. It is glittery on the red and black so it will make some glittery mess but non the less it is beautiful!!!! The bow is made of tulle and it is glittery as well. I will offer free shipping on this tutu. This is easily a $50 tutu in Tutu stores and shops.

I can but I would need waist sizes. I'm actually going to be working on a TUTU Dress within the next day or so. Once Im done with that Im posting it on here. I have a ton of tulle left over right now.
