Once the auction has been bid on, you have to wait it out. When you've been on the site longer, made a few more sales, you'll be able to offer what's called a GIN. This stands for "get it now" which is a set price for ending the auction, and the lowest you can have that is 2000 credits. That is the only way to have an auction end early, aside from deleting the auction BEFORE it's bid on. Once you have a bid, you can't change anything.
