The listing, Beautiful 10k Heart in Circle Pendant/Necklace has ended.

You're looking at a beautiful pendant featuring a gold heart in a silver circle. Stones (either tiny diamonds or CZ) outline the entire necklace, minus the gold inner half of the heart. A tiny engraving on the back of the heart says 10K and what looks like an S. I received the necklace several years ago and do not remember the specifics on it, nor do I know exactly what the engraving is saying. All I do remember is it came from Kay Jewelers and retailed for a little less than $200.

Measurements: 3/4" across

I just posted what I was able to get, but unfortunately it isn't much help. I boxed off the bit that's engraved, but couldn't get a clear enough picture to read it.
