I usually ship first class mail. This usually takes 2-5 business days. First class mail weight limit is 13 ounces. If the item is heavier than that, it will go priority. Books always ship media mail.
Tracking is usually included, unless its small enough for an envelope with a stamp (eg. pokemon cards). Insurance will cost extra, and will be calculated into overall shipping price on very fragile items.
