Does not come with the case (it got broken during our recent move)
Comes with the booklet
It has a couple marks from the case breaking, but no scratches on the back.
Plays really well, we just don't like it.
Yes this is the one that came with the lego batman, but that disc was majorly dammaged along with the case.
