This is a brand new, Brown IPSY Cosmetic Bag. it is fully lined, zipper closure (not a plastic zipper, a real one) and measures 7" across x 4.75" tall. It is one of the prettier cosmetic bags I have seen recently and IPSY is a name associated with quality.

I use regular stamp postage when I can, so we are on an honor system. I WILL send your item. When I use the post office I save the receipts. If after 7 days of no response from buyer the item and credits belong to me..I will not refund your credits.
