Description

The listing, 30 ENORMOUS Flourite Beads & HUGE Carved Stone Butterfly! has ended.

WOW ... 30 HUGE natural stone FLOURITE beads and a giant carved stone butterfly with the same green and purple/lavender colors! Winner gets them ALL. These also came from the 1970s-era box I won at the local auction.

Free US and Canada shipping too!

Flourite is a stone that comes in the colors you see here, ranging from colorless to soft greens and various shades of purple. It is a popular metaphysical stone (see below) related to the astrological signs Pisces and Capricorn. The open areas under the antennae). It is stone but I don't know if it is flourite. It's a gorgeous and very unusual piece, with an old price sticker of $10 on the back!

Flourite is the mineral that produces the bone-hardening flouride used in toothpaste! It is attributed with a stabilizing energy, balance and healing. Excellent for clarity of mind, objectivity, concentration, and meditation. Strengthens bones and teeth, and is used for dispelling illness in its early stages.
Corresponding Astrological Signs: Pisces and Capricorn

Do not leave Fluorite in direct sunlight for long periods. The color will fade! Do not put fluorite under hot water!

I generally list a few items each night ... check my FRESH listings at http://www.listia.com/profile/auctions/28303!

These are super unusual. Flourite is such a soft color that it can be hard to work with, but with some real blingy silver or crystals I think these could really sing! Some folks just love it for it's metaphysical properties too, which make it very popular!

do these stones have something long and narrow through the middle of them, or does it just look that way in the picture?

I have a ton of beads, but this is all the flourite I have. Keep an eye on my auctions, I have a lot of different kinds of beads to list!

are the other beads natural, and are they the same size as these? can you give some examples as to what types they are? I'm looking for natural beads, but limited on credits. Thanks!

I have some unakite, amethyst and amber beads I will list eventually, as well as more of the turquoise cubes. But save your credits, those types of beads get a LOT of bids! I also have the freshwater pearls in two colors ... the white which are listed now, and the black peacock pearls I'll list again soon.

No, it is stone but I don't know what it is. Check blingsupreme's previous comment, she think she knows what it is ... ruby zoisite?
