sorry, no tags or care label on this one, but I presume it's polyester, and it has an elastic waistband that would probably fit a size 12-16, I can say it will accommodate up to a 35" waist, possibly more. I'd avoid this one if your hips are under 36" because I don't know how small it can be ;) the skirt is 26" long. this skirt is not reversible, I photographed it inside out so you can see the pattern on the lining.
