This card is done in the ‘style of Day Of The Dead celebration Costumes and make-up.
Day of the Dead (Spanish: Día de los Muertos) is a Mexican holiday celebrated throughout Mexico and around the world in other cultures. The holiday focuses on gatherings of family and friends to pray for and remember friends and family members who have died. It is particularly celebrated in Mexico, where it is a national holiday, and all banks are closed. The celebration takes place on November 1 and 2, in connection with the Catholic holidays of All Saints' Day and All Souls' Day. Traditions connected with the holiday include building private altars honoring the deceased using sugar skulls, marigolds, and the favorite foods and beverages of the departed and visiting graves with these as gifts. They also leave possessions of the deceased.

This is an original ACEO ATC standard size (2.5x3.5) signed and dated by me.

A friend of mine mentioned seeing some atc's from listia on ebay. I'm not sure if these are being sold by you but I wanted to give you a heads up. http://www.ebay.com/itm/ATC-ACEO-Inferno-Signed-Dated-By-Artist-Original-1-Of-Kind-/110982462706?pt=Art_Prints&hash=item19d711fcf2

There are a number of your cards being sold by that seller. My best guess is they get them here on listia and try to sell them on fb at a considerable profit. I don't know if there are any rules about that, but as an artist it's nice to know what is happening with the work. Up to you if you're comfortable with it.

I know I have a hard enough time selling my own work so I can't imagine they have the best of luck but idk

I'm watching all 20 of my cards he has lited to see how they sell (or not). It would have been nice if he had let me know, however there is nothing I can do about it, since he owns the pieces. But on a better note...if they do sell, I can do more like the ones that sell and list them myself! :-) But I do appreciate the heads up.
Blessings,
~Theresa

Wow 20! A heads up would be nice. I think there is an unspoken assumption on listia that you are trading with a collector. Yeah, like I told Jo, I think it's a reality we have to face as artists. I agree if he sells then you know what you can get for your work :) I was thinking I have enough trouble selling my work for that much sometimes. I'd be impressed if they could get work they didn't make to go the same. At least give them a little time to appreciate... maybe we just undervalue ourselves. Think of it as a compliment. They see your work as a profitable opportunity. :)

Thank you. Have you ever checked out the Facebook page, Artist Trading Cards? You can join that group and do all kinds of ATC swaps. I just joined it not too long ago. I am in my first swap that ends the end of Feb. Go check it out. I think you will really like it.
