The listing, The bird in Pink ATC ACEO org collage has ended.

This is a OOAK collage. . Typically ATC and ACEO are
2.5" x 3.5" suitable for framing or as an addition to your collection.

I wondered at one time what ATC and ACEO's were; then i started making and selling them...
They are miniature art... 2 1/2 x 31/2 inches or the size of a playing card. that is the standard.
Fairly recent to the USA from Europe- artist trading cards - atc. were made by artists and traded
but if you werent creative you never had the chance to obtain these.. soooo people started to sell them.
Those that couldnt get them now could.

I have a HUGE collection of these mini pieces of art from all over the world. They are incredible.
You can frame them individually and put them in a group on the wall or you can frame many in one.
It is a way for us to collect works of art without spending tons of money on one piece.
AND not having enuf room on the walls if we could afford huge pieces.
Artwork is done in all media- graphite, colored pencils, watercolor, oil, acrylic -
even computer generated. have a nice weekend Jo

No- havent gotten back to drawing... hey-- i thought i saw one of your cards on ebay--- was surprised to find ones that i had listed and had one bidder on them up on ebay... i waas looking thru the ones for sale and i look and go.... WOW thats mine... found like 5 of mine on there... at least he said it was signed by artist.... and these were my litd ed ones. One that reminded me of yours was one of your face painted-- which i think you had made some of.
I like that little bird.... I treally need to get back to drawing but have had a lot going on in the family etc so collages are a lot easier to do. how you doing??

Hmmm that is strange. As I looked the plot thickened. None of the cards are mine but I notified the artist who's they were. It's amazing to see someone get them for less than 1000 credits and turn around to get 10 bucks from them. There are probably a considerable number of people who do it. You can buy 1500 credits for 5 bucks. I suppose having the work resold is a reality of life. If we can't seem to get it to sell on ebay I can't expect them to do much better though lol...

I don't think there are any rules about what you do with your win after you get it. There are a few I'm a little concerned about, but I'm sure there are scams everywhere these days

yes i got a message from i am assuming the person you contacted. Although i was peeved at first someone said.. hey your work and name are getting out there.. which i guess is true and no different if someone bought work from an artist alive or dead and they resell it or auction it off. oh well... had to tell u though.... hope all is going well for you. Too many things going on in my life with my family and my mind gets messed up lol tc

I do appreciate hearing about it. It is something we have to come to terms with as artists. Otherwise there would never be awesome finds at antiques roadshow :) I guess we could look at it like moving up in the art spectrum lol. Congrats I guess lol. It's all perspective. It would be nice to have the artist name mentioned. But such is life. Take care of yourself :)
