This is a very cute neck tie necklace... size is roughly 15 1/2 inches long ... the clasp has a few beads hanging down the back. It is made with white Faux pearls and silver beads making it appear to be a striped tie.

I mail things on mondays and try not to charge any fees for buyer to pay. If the site is about giving things away why charge someone to take it... however there are some times when the cost is more than I can do including insurance, confirmation and heavy duty packaging. I wrap it the best I can but if any item does get damaged and is insured the insurance money goes to the winner as well as the points get returned. Therefore If I charge a fee the item is insured, as well as tracked and You will pay roughly half the cost of shipping it out.
