The second winner is the person who bid right after the winner, so say bob bid 6000 and sam bid 6500 and the winning credits was 6250 and the winner was sam because he bid 6500 when the auction ended then bob would also get a peircing needle of his/her choice because they came in second place, if you have any questions I would be happy to answer them for you
