This iPhone 4 or 4s phone case is brand new. I won it here on listia because I really needed one. I did open the box and tried it on my iPhone 4S but, I didn't really like how it fit on there. Nothing is wrong with this case and packaging is not ripped in anyway either. I just took a staple out of packaging and slid out case to try it out. I just prefer the silicone rubbery type cases.
