does it have the soft bristles, like for a newborn?

It is sealed in the package. The back says, "The brush and comb set makes it easy to groom your baby. The brush features soft nylon bristles to gently remove tangles. The comb has rounded teeth to comfortably glide through baby's hair. To clean: Wash with mild soap or baby shampoo and rinse thoroughly. I can open it if you tell me too, since you already bid and are the high bidder.
