it is empty, its not cylinder. its light weight. it seems more for a smoker because there is not a lot of room in there. its small about the size of a credit card.

This would be perfect for toothpicks. I kept some in my glove compartment, but the plastic box broke, and they spilled everywhere. This is just what I need :)
