Is there a little round button on the front side of it with three little lines next to it? That would be the skin button that is used to content it to the xbox.

starting from upper left going down then right and up to top
large button that goes in all directions, a small back button. a small start button, an x type button that goes up..down..and side to side, the power on/off button between the handels, another button going all dirctions, a clear button, a black button, a green A button, a red B button, a blue X button, and finally a yellow Y button. there are black buttons one on each front handel for pulling w your finger. can't find any other buttons. hope that helps

yes this is for the old xbox and not for the newer xbox 360. xbox 360 will have 4 trigers buttons in the front.
