Not sure what size your dog is, but it's pretty good sized and adjustable. It both glows and flashes whichever you want and great for nighttime. Thanks.

size 18 is for meduim to large dog.
I rescue dogs so this is how I know the size .
And no this would not fit a Chichuahua it would be too big on your dog.

I looked at it, and theres a buckle you can make it as small as you want. Hope that helps.

I just Got a Puppy "Briella" & I Could really usr this for her becausr she is all black with white on her paws n belly and its soooo hard to see her at night lol. :) But neway F&BB
