This book must be out of print because amazon.com has it for $34.95, and has a beautiful review for this book - “A very good book that has great pictures (past and present) and illustrations. It a fascinating look into the character of Custer and his men and the aspects of a military exploration of the West. It's a great book to read along a trip to the Black Hills, one of the most beautiful areas of the country. A good companion book is, "Crossing the Plains with Custer." OK, Lynne, since you have nothing to do, and I am overworked why don't I send you the titles of the books I want posted and you write my descriptions!!! I love it that you bid and then describe the book so much better than I do. Me thinks you need to make a trip here and make a couple of our auctions. With the way you do things, you would have to have at least one 18-wheeler with TWO trailers behind and you probably would have to leave some of what you bought here!!! Seriously, I appreciate your input as I do not research my books like you do. But again, it is this type of listing that I feel justifies my doing flat rate shipping in which I do often "make" from a few pennies to even a few dollars on the combined auctions of you few who are buying in quantity. Just tody, I spent almost $10 which is silly as I have all those boxes in the garages; most of today's were kiddie books and I have three boxes from the last auction in December that I have not even opened yet. I don't dare let you know that I think I remember a great little Santa board book. Bye!

Mercy. I never think of Facebook. Got on it the other day and had messages from several people I know. And some "nut" stopped me in the middle of Wal-Mart the other day to ask me something about something I had on Facebook. I had to come home and see and there was some of my listings!!! I had to make room in the garages earlier and found a box of big books, mostly gardening; I am going to try a couple just to see.
