Description

The listing, 50+ Bali Style Silver Spacer beads "Gyral" 4mm has ended.

Winner gets at least 50 of these nice silver spacer beads, with a "gyral" or spiral design, 4mm across, in an antique silver color made of "Tibetan" silver, which is actually just a silver metal mix (no silver in it, but it won't tarnish!).

I didn't count these out but you'll get at least 50 of them, possibly closer to 60. This is a great spacer style to help set off your glass, stone or other fancy beads. I haven't actually used any of these yet, but you can see jewelry I've made with my other findings and beads at http://s247.photobucket.com/albums/gg146/natahoa/Jewelry/

Free US and Canada shipping too!

Please see my other listings, mostly findings and beads but sometimes I mix it up a bit. I generally list a few items each night ... check my FRESH listings at http://www.listia.com/profile/auctions/28303!

WARNING to bidders ... many bids placed in the last minute never register because Listia's servers can get overwhelmed and slow down. If you want something PLEASE place your bid at LEAST two minutes before the auction end--before it's too late!

Check this out: http://www.donorschoose.org -- lets you donate to classrooms across the country. Your gifts are tax deductible and they send the information in Jan for your taxes (i.e. you don't have to keep track yourself).

Teachers request funding for specific supplies for their classrooms -- lets teachers help needy students or create a neat project and get funding for the supplies.

If YOU are a teacher, it would let you make donations to your own project and at least get a tax credit ... since so many teachers spend their own money on classroom supplies anyway!

Look for projects in your home area, or for those for the neediest kids and schools!

Now now now, let's all play nice (at least until the last five minutes of the auction LOL)! How are you lately? How's the battle going in Arizona?

Ha-she's a good sport. I'm sure she'll hit me with a zinger of a bid.
The house is on the market way below value and the move date is early November.Plus I'm trying to get some work together for spring gallery showings.
So I have re-accustomed myself to a very high level of stress.

Ugh, I'm not looking forward to selling my house. The market in Des Moines is pretty stable, but kinda soft. We may be selling our house next summer after only four years. With all the renovations we did, we're gonna take a hit, that's for sure. But my mindset is that it will cost us close to $20K if we sit on it for a year, so when we put it on the market, we will try to price it to sell.

Plus I was away all summer and the yard looks awful. I'll either need to stay here while it is on the market, or hire a groundskeeping crew. My husband got his job offer this week from the outfit that is buying his business unit, and they say they are staying in Des Moines, but it makes no sense for them to do that. I think they will move it to Philadelphia within a year (which is a good location for us). So I might be selling our house next summer.

There's nothing fun about it! Well that's not true it can be somewhat comical at times. All day long pack, paint, patch repeat! Glad your husband finally got his offer.

Well, it's not over until the fat lady sings, the deal isn't supposed to close until the end of the year, but it kinda looks like he'll want to stay with the and they seem to want him. So hopefully it will all go well!

I hope so ( for your sakes), scouting houses and upheaving your family is no fun. I spent all day yesterday scouting houses and ranches and trying to figure out how people can allow horses but not cats! If it keeps going like this I'll have to build a trojan horse and keep all the cats in it-HA!!

Well, when we move again it will just be the two of us, both kids will be in college (or my younger one might go abroad for a year first). I'll still need space for them to come visit, but they won't really be living with us.

Do you mean some rentals allow horses but not cats? Now, that's crazy!

Yes horses and no cats. I just looked at a 1909 farmhouse with two barns, 3 fenced acres, exercise round pens but no cats allowed! LOL

Is this to rent? Maybe they've had problems in the past with feral cats. Some people just get cats and never get them fixed, and they will breed like rabbits. Or, maybe cats and dogs in the house just make too much of a mess. I'm concerned that if we move and don't want to buy again that I will have problems finding a rental with three cats.

It was rent to own. Rentals in Phoenix do not seem to have trouble with cats it was my large breed dogs , They are a herding pack trained to work. But in rural az they are just terrible about cats. They don't realize the many uses for cats (beyond being little sweeties) cats keep scorpions and black widows away.

Renters with cats can be such a problem though. Most people don't let them outside, and some bored cats tear up the carpets and pee all over the place. I can kind of see the landlord's point, which is why I'm concerned about try to rent with mine. Hard to believe cats keep spiders away though. My house would be entombed with spider webs if I didn't sweep it constantly. In Iowa, spiders are king!

Not the recluse spiders but the black widows-yes and I don't know about tarantulas (and frankly, I don't want to know any more than I do about tarantulas-LOL).
