Whitfield played in all or part of 9 major league seasons from 1962-1970, mostly with the Indians. He hit 20 or more home runs in 3 of his 5 seasons with the tribe, earning some MVP votes in 1965 with this .293-26-90 season.

if not for injury, Demeter may have been an even bigger star than he was. he played for 11 big league seasons and cracked 20 or more home runs in every season from 1961-1964. He got MVP votes in 2 different seasons.

Both cards are in decent shape. The Whitfield suffers minor wear, and the Demeter has an almost undetectable surface crease on the left side, below the ribbon, and some surface wear. Check out the pictures.
