the pack came from hot topic with another one.. i preferred the other - so this piece of jewelery i would consider 'like new' because it was worn once- though just momentarily .

when you receive this- though its a given that you'd sanitize before wearing - this jewelery will arrive freshly cleaned/sanitized.
