I checked and $10 gift cards are going for over 10,000 points. That is no way near $30 worth of credits.

Diapers have become very popular on here (like the gift cards). Two years ago I could buy them for under 2000 credits with free shipping. To win diapers or a free coupon for under 6000 now is very rare (I did win a free coupon for over 4000 credits recently but it was a less common brand and I had to drive 20+ miles to redeem it because they only sell it at Toys R Us here). 9500 is very reasonable to win and not have to babysit the auction on the last day.
