It's a punching machine that looks like a stapler..........they are sold at http://www.pickpunch.com/ most people just punch credit cards but I play the electric guitar and I like my picks bit thicker (I'm also a bodybuilder it takes a lot of muscle to punch lotion bottles and laundry containers - but worth it : )
