Description

The listing, 1st Day Cover "The Leatherworker" has ended.

This First Day Cover of "The Leatherworker" was issued on july 4, 1977 in Cincinatti Ohio. During America's war for independance The Leatherworker was very important to the military. They crafted the harnasses to pull the artillery guns and wagons. They also made waterproof cartridge boxes which is depicted on the stamp. As with all my auctions a bonus will be included. Happy collecting and thanks for stopping by.

Wow! I like leatherworking myself, this would make an excellent wall plaque for my dream shoppe, it makes leather & silver jewelry, and has wood, and is even for sale on the website I made that too. Fanned, fan back. THANKS!
