The item you are looking at is:
101 year old postcard.
On the front it does have some slight damage. There are "pinholes" on the window from a pin that someone did.
Below that the building says LINGERIE BONNETERIE on the front.
On the bottom front of the postcard it says in small print:
Artaud et Nozais, Nantes.
Below that is says: 72 LA ROCHELLE- Les maisons a arcades de la rue du Minage (a Droite, Fontaine du XV111 siecle)
The back is missing a stap, but has the postmarks. The stamp appears to be pulled off by someone in past.
