In this lot of USPS Issued Plate Blocks of 4c stamps are; the 4c Overland Mail, 4c Communications for Peace, 4c Oregon Statehood, 4c Fort Sumter and the 4c Lincoln stamp blocks. All these stamp blocks are mint condition never been hinged. They are not computerized reproduction reprints or replicas. These stamp blocks are all USPS Issued originals. The stamps shown in this lot are the exact stamp blocks the winner will receive.

~~ALL ITEMS WE LIST COME FROM A NON-SMOKE/PET FREE HOME. Due to cost, I will no
longer list GIN on my items. Sorry.

~~SHIPPING~~Totally FREE, First-class mail shipping to anywhere in the continental US. Delivery
confirmation number will be available, upon request for tracking purposes & then item is
shipped within 2 days of the auctions end.~

~~CHRISTMAS DELIVERIES~~Due to the Holiday Season and the rush of packages going through
the mail, I can make no guarantees that items will make it on time for Christmas. I mail out
daily, once it leaves my hands, it is in the hands of the United States Postal Service.
