yes, these are nice, and you can fill them up with all kinds of cute charms. I've got a bunch of mixed silver and gold to list that I hope to list tomorrow. Some are the locking kind.
Did you see the New York Times fashion issue last Sunday ... all GOLD jewelry, no silver at all ... gold is back and I've got some stuff to list as soon as it starts to take off on Listia!
great, I've sold most of my gold jewelry, since I don't wear stuff much any more and needed the money more than the jewelry. Used it to buy most of my beads and silver jewelry. lol
thanks, beadsavon. It's different strokes for different folks. These do nicely for those with larger arms , but even the leather ones do great with the beads. It's fun to have different ones with different beads on them.
Well, I'm talking more about costume gold jewelry. I never had a lot of "real" gold and actually still have all of it ... thought about turning it in for cash but just never got around to it, and I don't think it'd be worth that much anyway. Lots of old gold costume around that people have been selling for peanuts. I'll bet you can pick up a lot at auctions etc. for nothing, hang onto it until it gets popular in fashion and them clean up on Listia!
yes, gold costume jewelry looks just as good and I buy for looks now, not the real gold. I love to have lots of fun jewelry and the "real" stuff doesn't really interest me any more. lol
Yup, I only ever bought a few pieces of nice jewelry, just never wanted to spend the money. But I've gotten quite a few nice things on Listia, from you and lfgreen!
great, I have lots of charms listed and others have some too. The gold and silver are nice since they go with anything and gold is the hot accessory color for the fall.
You know what I do, is bend them into an oval shape. If you look at the photos of the bangle Pandora bracelets I've photographed you can see what I mean. They all started out round like this one ... here's the link: http://s247.photobucket.com/albums/gg146/natahoa/Jewelry/
