Is this hand painted? Can it be used for tea or just decorative? Can you give some more details like size, etc

It is hand painted, with a ceramic glaze on top. It's completely functional, except in the fact that you cannot boil it on a stove top, like most ceramic teapots. It holds about 5 Cups of Tea, it's an average size teapot.
