any licensed tat artist has to use ink approved by the FDA, to use any other ink from china or homemade such as yours is not only fooloish but highly dangerous and prone to infections.

My ink is 100% safe, nontoxic and sterile. There is no such thing as a licensed tattoo artist in Texas it's the shop that gets the license not the artist and two licenses are required depending on if you have tattooing or tattooing and piercing. The artist is never licensed unless you count the Blood Bourne Diseases certification you have to get a license among other things. I do live in Texas and things are different here so don't lecture me on the health department laws because I know the ones for Texas very well... I do my research because if I dont it would be highly irrisponsible of me and put my clients in potential danger I take my work seriously. This from 7 years of tattooing and constantly checking with the Health Department and updating my knowledge about the laws and such in my state. I was taught by an artist of 36years how pigments work and how to make safe and sterile ink. I have tattooed several people with this ink and have never once heard anything but good things from my clients so before you assume anything you should simply ask. I am not in this business to get rich and the health of my clients is always first not the money. I do this for the love of art and seeing people happy with my work. If there was anything unsafe about this I wouldn't list it its that simple. I don't know you and you don't know me but I pride myself in honesty, hard work and a genuine care for omy clients. Well if that's what you would like to do then go for it but I can't say it will be safe to use. At least I know my stuff is safe.

regarding being in texas don't mean squat when your in Tennessee like I am.So it doesn't matter how you do things in texas! pride in you work is a good thing and i don't blame you but I gotta look out and do things the way the state of Tennessee says i have to do them as thats where i live. as for unsafe things ,people list that china junk ink on here all the time so evertbody obviously doesn't think the same way you or i do.

I am in Texas therefore I am bound to fallow the laws here I have to I do understand where you are coming from and respect that. The picture is just a picture thats not what is up for auction. The recipe for my ink is so maybe that will get rid of some confushion. I personally next to my own ink use Immortal Ink because it works so well and the colors are vibrant. I know my ink and know what im doing but I am keeping this listing up im sorry if it offends you or you dont like it if thats the case then dont bid im not twisting anyones arm to do so.
