10K Gold Ruby Ring, with diamond chips

I believe this ring is a size 7, but I am not 100% sure. It is a beautiful ring with diamond chips on the surrounding setting. The ruby looks to be a lab created, as the clarity is not great. This ring does have 10k stamp on the inside of the band. (I tried to get a picture of it, but it didn’t turn out great.) It also has GRP stamped on the inside. (I don’t know what that means.)
