Yes to paypal and I am not certain what the medium is....I don't think its 10-12 though. Sorry..I wish they actually put numer sizes on these things

budget friendly my grandboys wear that size now an the medium is norm from 8/10 to 10/12, the 6/7 to 7/8 are normally smalls at least the ones grands use!!!!
