I've worn this shirt 3 times. Lia Lea brand. It's a very cute spandex like material with the Saints-like symbols and rhinestones on it. The straps are chains and the sleeves are off the shoulder! It looks good on!

not sure. shouldn't be much. There's a post office by my job. Shouldn't be more than $7 or for packaging and shipping but don't quote me.
